Terms of Service
Effective date
14 October 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and Wonder Global Inc., which operates Bayshorts. By using the app or website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Bayshorts.
The service
Bayshorts lets you watch short-form vertical dramas, trailers for upcoming titles, and join waitlists for titles in production. Some titles are trailers only until their episodes are released. Features may change as the service grows.
Your account
You can use Bayshorts without signing up; we create an anonymous account for you on first launch. You are responsible for activity on your device. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
Acceptable use
Use Bayshorts for personal, non-commercial viewing. Do not copy, record, redistribute or publicly perform any content; do not try to bypass technical protections, scrape the service, or interfere with how it works; and do not use it to break the law.
Content
All series, trailers, artwork and editorial content are owned by or licensed to Wonder Global Inc. and Motionbay Studio, and are protected by copyright. Some titles contain mature themes, including horror; age ratings are shown in the App Store.
Purchases
If paid features are offered, they will be sold through the App Store and governed by Apple's terms, including Apple's standard licence for subscriptions. Prices and what you get are shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your App Store account settings at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Disclaimers
Bayshorts is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
Ending use
You may stop using Bayshorts at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use Bayshorts after a change means you accept it.
